The mix is a combination of prog dance, chill nad nudisco made for the bar rather than club use. Why they call it disco-anything I cannot understand either, apart from Quiet Please - which I personally love - it has little to do with disco at all. Still, this sound is very big and of course the mix is very well done, like it or not. And it has something to listen to, which is always a good thing. A headtrip. But disco it is not that's for sure. It kinda bugs me too when stuff like this gets promoted as such. Most "cosmic" nights presented in clubs though do offer actual dance rhythms though, and lots of 70´s electronic disco. And maybe even US will catch up to it, who knows. We all need something new along with the old. If everything is old we're stuck in a groove. But then again, if there's nothing else to groove to and the groove we already have is perfect as it is ....oh well, this is leading nowhere, my logic is slipping...

New Music & Old Disco music? Can they work together? Can a giant club integrate great old classic Disco into it's current programming? If so, what just a little, 10%. Could it get to 40%? Answer me that!

With all the sampling going on inn today's music I think classic Disco tracks can be perfectly integrated with today's dance music. I actually think they can make kind of a stir when played. But I guess all depends on the Club, DJ and crowd and of course the selected Disco track.
A great track is always a great track - right ?!
