Good Job on that "No Frills Love" I was impressed by a straight man giving me a remix like that. Great sampling too!

A small story for you from 1979. So........ tonights guest is Hollywood star George Hamilton. He is in Australia to promote his new film "Love At First Bite". He was my "guest" dj for about 30 mins (dressed in Dracula gear as per the film).....too funny. So glad I had a copy of Dracs Back to play!!!! Paul.
Thanks Paul for your words , as I said I am trying always to post different styles of music , Love At First Bite was a nice film at that time and I am still happy when I watch it now. I am not yet download your post but I am sure it will be nice even if the sound was not very good.

When McLaren's "Waltz" album came out I was very amused but when I heard the track "Deep In Vogue", I was hooked!
That's a straight out KILLERGROOVE!
Enjoy the full 9 minute X-travaganza!

You're very welcome MAN.
Here's another. It's from 1985.
E G Daily - Sunset People - Boulevarde Re-Edit By DV8 Productions.
https://www.yousendit.com/download/bVlC ... Y1JFQlE9PQ
The album cut was around 4:33
It is now over 9 minutes long.
There should have been a 12" of this & thats why we did it.
Hope you like this guys & holla back if you do.
BTW: DJ Lary Sanders has a site where he re-builds short tracks into longer versions & you can get 'em on cd if you pay a small fee to a charity that he donates to.
The re-edits are really good & the track selection is outstanding.
I highly recommend you check out what he has to offer.
Here's a link to his website called MORNING STAR MELODY.

Paul, great job, it was well done. You are right, there should have been a 12" version. But poor little E.G. Daily, she sounds like she has a sore throat!

I agree. She does sound like she needs a lozenge or two but strangely enough that's what I like about her vocal.

Can I bring 1 up? A track that refuses to leave my decks for the last week:
Lenny Williams: "You Got Me Running" originally from 1978 but I dig the Larry Levan Remix where the track does not seem to have a bass guitar driving it but an UZI. Love that sound!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SX-mCOgMPeA
Danny Krivit also released a great edit of this song!
