Before I say more about my past, I would like to take a moment to thank my old friend - Ray "Pinky" Velazquez - I am humbled by your post. Ray, it has been a long time my old friend. Remember when we were on the Feedback committee in 1978, you invited me to your club? I guess I can tell the truth now. I went to hear you play one night and did not let you know I was there. There are not many DJ's that I have heard that had any creative nature. As you know, most just played records, even a lot of the BIG names. You ARE one of the few that I had complimented to others about. Creativity, talent, an eye for the floor, remixing. Aside from that, you are a real person, stand up, honest, funny and respectful. It is sad that we can only say such things about each other 30 years later. I hope that we can stay in touch.
All the best to you my old friend
Dan Pucciarelli

We Patos occasionally made a voyage to Brooklyn. I have been at your clubs many times. While not a Gay place, we still had fun there, until all the guidos started messing with us. We left! I think you were a great deejay. So welcome to the home site of great deejays!! I am not one of them, I just keep you guys honest!! LOL

If it's on a web, get get sites link to the image(you can do that by right clicking your mouse selecting properties and you will see the link, copy and paste it between our forumd image command) , all you have to do is paste the link between
and it will appear on your post.
If it's on your hard drive, I think you have to get discoguy to help you.
You are not alking about an avatar, correct?

Outstanding interview Claes, so informative and interesting. Always good to hear about the live-mixing back in the day. Would have been good to see Pete and Pooch go back 2 back. Now that would have been cool.! Hope we get to hear some more stories from Pooch!
