As some of you may know, I collect 12" disco ep's and I'm constantly looking for new stuff, new rarities, oddities,...

In a book, i found a picture of a 12" EP Star wars theme, disco version - by the Force, but I can't find it on the net...

does anybody has more information on label, year,...of this record.

I did try to add a picture, but that did not work, so i make a very very small website and added the picture on that site... click on the link below & you'll fly right to it...

thanks discodudes !

hi Adrock,

thanks for the search. I've checked discogs.com aswell, but could not find it... The 7" is coming close, but...no cigar.

I do know that MECO has a similar song, but it's not the same...

let's keep on searching ! I need to find this one ! I definitely want to add in to my collection.

There's also another lp, millennium records. Music inspired by Star Wars and other galatic funk by Meco, which has some nice bits on there too.
Just incase you were wondering............

The Droids: Star Wars / The Force 12". SW is the b-side so look for (Do You Have ) The Force. It's a French realese from 1977. Long version is also on Barclay lp Star Peace.
Try also lp Planet Robots: Star Wars, 1977, Harmony Records, Italy. The b-side has fab tracks by Diabolic Soul Invention: Mefisto and Sarr Band: Magic Mandrake.
