Man, thank you, much appreciated. Just curious, aside from asking around, is there some other way of i.d.ing tracks, especially the hard ones with no lyrics?

Great that Soul-Boy was able to help you out...
Both sample 13 + 15 sounds a bit familiar, but I can't figure out what they are...
It seems you have removed several tracks already (among them sample 2 that Soul-Boy helped you out with) - any chance you might share the ones you've found out about already? That might also point us in the right direction...

Yes, of course. i removed them to streamline the list as I got the names. Here they are:
sample10 = Kokomo - Use Your Imagination
(there is also a Rahaan edit of this song)
sample6 = King Sporty - Shake It, Shake It
sample3 = Manfredo Fest - Jungle Kitten
sample5 = the Dynamic Superiors - Deception
sample2 = Dr. Honey - Love Bee (B-Down-B)
sample14= is Mother Of The Future I think the Norman Connors Version
sample 9 = (Hooked on) young stuff - Nino tempo & 5th avenue sax (1979)
samples: 4,7,8,12, were duplicates (a mistake I made when cutting the audio samples out of the mixes in ableton live), so were never uploaded to soundcloud.
The ones left are samples: 1,11,13,15,16
