I don't know what's going on! My version (which I downloaded from the CD) plays fine but every time I upload it it won't play! Sorry!

Let me have a think and get back to you!

P.S.

Has anybody got any ideas?

did you just drag the files straight over off the CD? in that case it would be AIFF. try opening them (on your computer) and then "save as" to convert. if you have itunes, you can convert tracks by selecting the track or tracks, then under "advanced" you choose "convert" and it will convert them to whatever your current settings are.

I'm a mac girl so can't offer advice on the PC but sounds to me like a format issue.

Thanks Mikey.
I am honored to be in a book with many of the great DJs of our time.
(you should be my agent)
When I was reading the book I had forgotton that Aletti had put us in his DiscoFiles article. When I seen it I shixx!!!!!
I called Paul immedietly, and he was thrilled!
During that period, Paul & I were bringing many Imports (via Canada & France) into NYC.
We had Bimbo Jet, Armada Orchestra, & Crystal Grass when they were first released overseas.

I got a rush myself when I read it. It's cool to see a friend in the company of all the great disco dj's of the world. It makes me feel good that you are in there Jay, as It shows that I was justified in saying that you are a true disco pioneer. There are a lot of unsung heroes in that book for me and Vince Aletti points that fact out brilliantly. It's all there in black and white for the world to see....
I knew I could spot a great dj from a mile off...Lol
