This song was in rotation for a few months. The heavy Latin Percussion made it very popular here in Miami. I know a few deejays who still play parts of it today!

I guess it was a bit more underground than what I first thought, but it's a great track in my opinion. Always works on the floor

It did exceptionally well in Latin America! In the US it was popular in the clubs as well and it's considered as one of the foundations of the Chicago House Sound. The bassline is sampled x-times.

Two Man Sound - "Que Tal America".
I played this sometimes in Australia.
It seemed to work ok but the one that got the best floor reaction was "Capital Tropical"

Yeah, I've heard that one, it was on his Subliminal Sessions Classics mix album from 2005. That was actually were I first heard that beat. The track was by Ministers De-La-Funk, but I must say, I prefer the original.
