It looks like I will never get out of this place! Between the four or five deejays spinning here, too much great music to leave. Dancer in the morning, MAN in the day, Chulo during happy hour, Pete makes us pick one, and Jay does his best, late night. Excellent club. I just got hired too!! PRIME TIME song!! Yep, I just joined the club's rotation. George got me the gig, thanks Dancer, I'll give you the reward in the booth! How tall are you? I may not need to get on my knees!!! LOL--- I am such a deejay groupie!! LOL

PETE'S NOTE:: Some may use an other word then "Groupie"! LOL

Great Songs George. You are doing great my friend. Three great songs. Tell me more about Dennis Parker being a pornstar. I heard that rumor, but i never seen him. Unless, he was only in Europe. Or....

Very interesting Shep Pettibone mix on Sharon Redd.
I've never heard it. I like the edits of the spoken vocal.
Very nice!!!!!

The other 2 are total classics in my book!!

Glad you relieved me early tonight---Had a rough weekend!!!

Great songs George !

Just like Jay - I had not heard that Shep mix before...
Patrick + Jocelyn + John - a trio like that can NEVER fail...
Love this Dennis track and really loved his other track "New York By Night" a lot as well...

Regarding Dennis - from my Henri Belolo & Jacques Morali page:

Dennis Parker mentioned above was born October 28, 1955, but he was also known as Wade Nichols - the porn star actor, who Jacques and Henri turned into a Disco star.
He had 2 huge hits in 1979 with "Like an Eagle" and "New York by night", both featured in the same 12" single.
Unfortunately he was diagnosed with AIDS in 1984 and committed suicide in 1985.

The re-edit of Shep Pettibone in Sharon Redd's ''Can You Handle It'' was original made for his mastermix show on NY Kiss FM.
In 1982 Prelude Records release a double album called ''98.7 Kiss FM presents Shep Pettibone Mastermixes'' that includes D-Train ''You're The One For Me,Strikers ''Body Music'',Gayle Adams ''Love Fever'',Empress ''Dyin To Be Cancin'',Sharon's ''Can You Hadle It'' and many others ,all reworked by the magic hands of Shep 8)
In 1983 Prelude release another one double remix album, this time the first record has Shep's remixes and the second was Tony Humphries work!
