Now you gotta understand that I'm hearing these 3 for the very first time--I was not paying attention to music during these years.
The one that struck me the most was:
M-D-FMM's "Get Hip To This" because of the RAP---it's PHATT!!!!

I really dig all 3, but if I have to Pick One it would be:
LONNIE GORDON's "GONNA CATCH YOU"
It has a vibe and that keyboard rhythm hook that just captures the era!!!!
