Sorry to say...I pick none.....nothing unusally good about any of them....IMHO it's this sort of "disco" music that took the soul out of early to mid 70's dance music...the incessant...bing bing bing...boom boom boom...no originality....synthetic music..the bane of modern disco.... I am a purist and proud of that....I know it limits what I listen to....but really...let's be honest.....not good music.... I do however repect your right to like different music....that's what makes the world go 'round....but slower.... Happy New Year Soulboy.....check my facebook page or Youtube channel for some good old fashioned dance music....Pardon me while I take it to the bridge...gotta get down on the good foot! Have been cruising the Nile, seen the Pyramids, Abu Simbel and LOTS of other stuff, so now I'm catching up ! Great tracks - but I have to get rid of Shobizz and then the Glitter Band and I'll pick: Fantastic Aleems "Hooked On Your Love"(Dave "Joey Negro" Lee turned me into this some 10-15 years ago on a mix-tape he sent me. Still LOVE this tune!) THANKS and Disco-on ! // Discoguy

FIRST OFF..STEVENB..I GUESS YOU WERE NOT AROUND BACK IN THE DAY, YOU MUST BE YOUNG..ASIDE FROM THAT, ALL 3 OF THOSE TUNES ARE DONE BY MUSICIANS, LIVE, REAL INSTRUMENT PLAYING, NOT LIKE THE STUFF WE HAVE FOR THE LAST 30 YEARS.
MY PIC OUT OF THE 3 IS......"MAKES YOU BLIND"...JUST TAKE TWO COPIES AND GO NUTS ON THE REMIX. YEAH, IT WAS ONLY ON A 45, YES, I AM OLD...LOL YOU GUYS KNOW I WAS JAMMING THAT TO THE MAX BACK IN THE DAY. I POSTED THAT TUNE ON MY OTHER POST, DID DEEP IN THE COLLECTION. FANTASTIC ALEEMS WAS A NICE JAM, BUT ONLY BECAME AN EARLY RECORD.. SHOBIZ, WELL, I WILL PASS ON THAT.....
KEEP THEM COMING MIKEY!!!!!!

Hey Pooch!!! Steven B is like us, he ain't no youngster!!!---his thing is 1970-1974. He's Lary Sanders long time friend, and knows all the old music; just when it started changing in '75, '76 he didn't like it like the old stuff.
I know people think "Hooked On Your Love" was an early record in most places, but when I worked at 'Pegasus' it was prime time!!!
I was blessed to work at a black club at the end of my every night DJ career and their prime time was different. Whispers, Slave, Change, Nick Straker, Strikers, and Fantastic Aleems was PRIME time there. In fact I rarely went above 125 during the night spinning there.
