Listen carefully guys, everyone has a dream, I just got a brand new one, my new goal in life!! I want to do something, anything, that will allow me to spin somewhere where this incredible specimen, incredible example of perfection is performing. I want to meet her, hang out with her, flirt with her, and enjoy her company for one spectacular night! No sex necessary, but that would be fine with me. WOW!! She has the best, no ifs, ands or BUTTS!! Paul, I envy you, living on the same continent as her. AMAZING!! If only I was 10 years younger, rich, and single!! Come on guys! Let me dream!!

I can't choose between First Choice albums.

I know that the first one (Philly Groove label) had:
"ARMED & EXTREMELY DANGEROUS"
"SMARTY PANTS"
"LOVE & HAPPINESS"

The next one (Philly Groove label) had:
"THE PLAYER"
"LOVE FREEZE"
"NEWSY NEIGHBORS"

The next one on Warner Bros had:
"ARE YOU READY"
"AIN'T HE BAD"
"FIRST CHOICE THEME"

The following one Soul-Boy mentioned above.

And the next one (on Goldmine) was the total bomb/blast:
"HOLD YOUR HORSES"
"GREAT EXPECTATIONS"
"DOUBLE CROSS"
"LOVE THANG"

The last LP had only 1 cut I liked, "BREAKAWAY".

If I had to choose it would be "Hold Your Horses" LP
Side A produced by Tom Moulton
Side B produced by Norman Harris (MFSB/The Trammps)

Now I don't remember what album "NEWSY NEIGHBORS" was on.
The more I try to think, the more it gets hazy.
Gotta wait till I get home & look!!!

I am aware that her album is definitely not the GREATEST DISCO ALBUM EVER but 'sweet revenge' is underrated and overlooked imo.

who needs a hit when you have a great collection of tunes that are filling side A; 'follow me', 'gold', 'mother, look what they've done to me', 'follow me (reprise)' and another great tune on side b 'enigma (give a bit of mmh to me)'....probably these were bigger hits in Europe then in the USA

I've danced for days to these tunes and I always loved Amanda, for the fab charisma as allround peformer; she has done it all. Last time I saw her TV-show on Italian TV I couldn't believe the ways she looks, she hasn't aged at all...must be botox or something but man, she still looks hot!

Is Amanda looking too though for ya, Pete??
here's one especially for you Image

Best hustle album (as far as pacing is concerned to me) is Santa Esmeralda "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood. The speed is right has plenty of transitions and dramatic moments to boot.

Hippie, that could well be true my fellow Jerseite. DON'T LET ME BE MISUNDERSTOOD certainly was. It wasn't considered as a really great LP until years later. I love it.
