Now this is for Old-School Deejays to answer. Tell us your song, we will tell you what we mixed it with. So it is that simple. Now to start, I put ten song titles on a piece of paper, folded them, put them in a cap, and had my three-year old associate pick our first song. She chose one great song to get things started.

AT MIDNIGHT- By the T-Connection

There were many songs I mixed with this very mixable, deejay friendly record. Wow, but I will give you AFTER DARK by Patti Brooks.

Patrick Hernandez' Born to be Alive is a very mixable song I could give you a dozen answers. But I'll go with THE BREAK by Kat Mandu, SAVAGE LOVER By The Ring, HONEY MOON IN PUERTO RICO by Paul Jabara. That's just three of possibly dozens of songs that I mixed with it.

DON'T YOU WANT ME BABY by the Human League. This was one of the easiest songs to Mix I have ever had the pleasure. There were literally hundreds of songs that I mixed with it. Including some by The Human League as well !!

DON'T YOU WANT ME BABY by The Human League. What did it get mixed with. Here is one I heard a certain deejay mix to perfection. Ready for this, RICK JAMES'"Give It To Me Baby". And it was perfect. When the horns came in, that is when the mix would finish.--- I also once heard, get this one, "Leggs" by ZZ Top!! And that too was perfect! Like It was stated above, a very easy song to mix.

I know I sound like a broken record, but EXPOSE!! Any of their music mixed perfectly with this. "Point Of No Return" was perfect. I used to play them continuously for minutes!!

Hi guys,

When talking Exposé... Do you (specially Florida) guys recall the first release of EXPOSE's "Point Of No Return" ? I know Billy Bob will remember...
They were originally released in 1984 as X-Posed on Pantera Records. As I picked it up back then, it was kind of old news to me when it was finally became a hit a year later as Exposé...
I agree with Billy Bob - great to mix...

Yes, EXPOSE would mix with all those songs. And Yes, I still got my original Pantera 12" of X-POSED. The mixes of them were almost identical. Great music, by a great group!

PETE'S NOTE:: ED, you would not be able to mix any of them!!

I need more options!! The HOT SHOT remix will be a thing of BEAUTY. I am going to give that song such a make over, that it's producer, Andy Kahn will not recognize it!! It might be a world record for longest song ever!!

Hey Pete- What's up. I seem to remember that I used to go from "The Bombers" Dance, Dance, Dance to Hot Shot. I'm not positive but I remember them together for some reason. I was going to try it first but I can't find the Bombers record as I think it's in storage.
Might have to play with it but give it a try.
Later-B :D
